Belknap Mill Launches New Winter Classes to Spark Creativity and Community Connection

Laconia, NH - December 2025 - The Belknap Mill is introducing a new lineup of winter classes designed to inspire creativity, build skills, and bring the community together during the colder months. From cozy knitting workshops to hands-on crafts, these programs invite participants of all ages to learn, create, and connect in the Mill’s historic setting.

Highlights of the winter offerings include:

• Sock Knitting Class - Learn to knit socks from cuff to toe with step-by-step guidance, perfect for knitters ready to tackle their first pair!
• Cable Ear Warmer Workshop - A one-day class using bulky yarn and larger needles to create a stylish, gift-worthy headband!
• Knit Cowl Workshop - Knit a warm, winter-ready cowl in a fun, relaxing afternoon session!

These classes are designed to be welcoming, accessible, and fun. Participants will leave with handmade creations and the confidence to continue exploring new projects. All materials are provided for most workshops, and classes are tailored for those with basic knitting knowledge.
