''A New Idea in Old Fashioned Hospitality.'' 350' Private Sandy Beach with docking for 5 Boats. We are within walking Distance of the Weirs Beach Attractions. ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING. Sorry NO PETS. 12 Cottages & 8 Family Suites (all Suites have queen beds). The cottages were remodeled in 2004 and the Suites were totally rebuilt in 2007. Units sleep 2-7 persons and all units have kitchen facilities with fully stocked kitchens. Memories Begin Here. Come and use the ping-pong table that has been here for 50 years!! We have some guests that have been staying at Proctor's for over 50 years!!
