This circle offers a sacred supportive space for those called to deepen their spiritual, emotional or physical healing.
The class will include:
? Restorative yoga poses which encourage passive stretching, gentle opening, and deep relaxation
? Guided meditation which incorporates breath work and visualization cultivating a calm, restful state
? Reiki healing energy offered throughout the session offered by Reiki Master, Kim Burbank RYT200
? Healing crystals and the sacred sound of mantra music
? This class is offered as a gift from Yoga from the Heart
? Donations are welcome and will go to Yoga in Action
